Job Description
- Complete daily customer consultation and reply.
- Collect customer feedback and compile reports.
- Welcoming customers when customers enter to office.
- Assist customers to solve related issues to company.
- Receiving of customer’s order through phone, email and walk-in.
- Accompany customer with a warm welcome by providing standard complimentary.
- Answer customer phone call and make an outgoing call based on request from Manager.
- Generate Monthly report to manager.
- Other assigned tasks by Manager.
Job Requirement
- At least 1 year’s working experience.
- Customer service experience is preferred
- Able to work independently or in a team.
- Able to use basic computer skills (MS Office, Internet and Email).
- Able to work under pressure, flexible and honest.
- Knowledge of English language .
- Hard-working, self-motivated, smart and fast learner.
- Friendly and good communication.
