Chairman assistant

Job Detail & Requirement

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Chairman, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents in Chinese and English
  • Facilitate communication with Chinese-speaking stakeholders
  • Arrange travel logistics and accommodations for the Chairman and other senior executives
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle it with discretion.

 

Requirements:

  • Female only
  • Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese)
  • Be able to travel provinces
  • Proven experience in a similar role supporting senior management
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
