• Kei Hoi Pang chairs Logan Property Holdings, a real estate developer headquartered in Guangdong Province that targets the residential market for first-time buyers.
• The company made a splash in 2014 when its ownership was controlled by Kei’s daughter Perenna Kei, who was briefly the world’s youngest female billionaire.

Kei is the founder and chairman of Logan Property Holdings, a Shenzhen-based property developer that sells residential properties primarily in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macau. The publicly traded business was founded in 1996, trades on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, and had revenue of 28 billion yuan ($4.1 billion) in 2017.
