Operation Manager

Responsibilities:

• Plan and monitor work in technical areas.
• Supervise and lead technical work on maintaining Birdhouse in target area to ensure smooth operation.
•  Participate in providing advice and solving technical problems with area technical staff.
• Lead with the regional technical area and other stakeholders in providing safety measures for all Birdhouses.
• Review all technical expenditure requests.
• Conduct training for subordinate staff.
• Prepare weekly, monthly and annual reports.
• Help coordinate and organize technical training.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in General Management or  field.
• Willing and able to travel to and stay in remote areas.
• Aged between 18 and 35 years old.
• Willing to learn skills related to Birdhouse care.
• Possess good communication skills.
• Demonstrate leadership qualities.
