JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
_Solve customers issue related to the company service
_Provisioning and deployment new network service
_Maintenance and troubleshooting network
_Monitor network performance
_Job assigned by supervisor
REQUIREMENTS
_Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field
_Two years experiences at ISP or related
_Good knowledge on WAN and LAN networking
_CCNA or JNCIA is required
_Able to work in shift, public holiday, weekend and night time
_Good command of English
