Job Description 

  • Maintains company good employers .
  • Provide induction program to new employees.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives
  • Be actively involved the full process of recruitment.
  • Continually evaluates compensation policies and procedure.
  • Anticipate to develop and update the job requirements and job descriptions for all positions in the company.
  • Be a role as the facilitator in the performance evaluation process.
  • Conduct performance appraisal and proposes reward scheme on a regular basis.
  • Conducting orientation and training programs.
  • Control schedule and make proposal for all insurance policies of the company.
  •  Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
  • Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements.
  • Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
  • Be responsible and facilitate the company events.
  • Be responsible for all employee’s records.
  • Office management and control.
  • Anticipate to control and check-up regularly the office stationary and support the other function’s facility requirement.
  • Prepare reports for managers as required
  • Other assigned tasks by Manager.

Job Requirement

  • At least 1 year’s working experience as Admin and HR.
  • Bachelor degree in accounting or related field.
  • Able to work independently or in a team.
  • Able to use basic computer skills (MS Office, Internet and Email).
  • Able to work under pressure, flexible and honest.
  • Knowledge of English language .
  • Hard-working, self-motivated, smart and fast learner.
  • Friendly and good communication.
