Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and create document
- Note management meeting
- Schedule Management
- Prepare report for vice president
- Make report for management meeting
- Plan,monitor and organize event where needed
- Remind Directors for important task and its deadline
- Type, compile and prepare report and presentation for Directors where needed
- Conduct any researches assigned by Directors
- File necessary document for Directors and entry data to system where needed
- Mail Administration
- Telephone Reception
- Perform other tasks assigned by the management
Job Requirements
- Female
- Age 18 – 28 years old
- At least 1 year experience as secretary
- Be able to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, and E-mail.)
- Can communicate both in Khmer and English.
- Be fast learner
- University Student of Education, BBA, HRM, Sale & Marketing, Management or any related fields.
- Good in written and verbal communication skills in Chines.
- Flexible
- Good looking and strong interpersonal skills.
- Willing to learn new skill.
- Ability to work multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Be able to travel to other province sometimes,
