Job Requirements for Marketing Manager

- BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
- Must have experience working in both Marketing and PR.
- Hardworking; Able to make tight deadlines
- Minimum of 2 years’ sales & marketing experience in Design and Interior, construction or similar position is a plus
- Strong Financial Planning and Strategy, Marketing Concepts, People Management, Territory Management, Sales Planning, Competitive Analysis
- Must fully understand the customer and market behavior especially in Interior and design field.
- Strong client relationships and customer satisfactions
- Intellectual person and able to work under pressure
