Ltd., a coal mining and coal gasification business, and Wealthy Mining Pty. Ltd. In 2001 Qinghua signed a memo with Mozambique announcing they would build a coal terminal at the Beira port, as well as upgrade the Sena railway that links to the Moatize coal mines and improve transportation infrastructure.
