Henadiy Boholyubov (born 20 January 1962) is a Ukrainian billionaire businessman, one of three who control Privat Group, the others being Ihor Kolomoyskyi and Oleksiy Martynov.

Henadiy Boholyubov was born in Dnipropetrovsk, Ukraine, on 20 January 1962. He was educated at the Prydniprovska State Academy of Civil Engineering and Architecture.

Aside from Privat, he manages Consolidated Minerals, through his private company Palmary Enterprises, which paid out a $50 million dividend in April 2011. Henadiy Boholyubov’s Foundation is primarily focused on promoting Jewish education and religion. He started another project with Kolomoyskyy, the Menorah Center in Dnepropetrovsk which is the world’s biggest multifunctional Jewish center that opened in October 2012. The guests included Israeli Chief Rabi Shlomo Amar and U.S. ambassador John Tefft.
