Henadiy Boholyubov (born 20 January 1962) is a Ukrainian billionaire businessman, one of three who control Privat Group, the others being Ihor Kolomoyskyi and Oleksiy Martynov.

Henadiy Boholyubov was born in Dnipropetrovsk, Ukraine, on 20 January 1962. He was educated at the Prydniprovska State Academy of Civil Engineering and Architecture.

He has a net worth of $1.8 billion.

Boholyubov is married with five children, and lives in Dnipropetrovsk and London.

Henadiy Boholyubov on January 20, 1962 in Dnipropetrovsk, Ukraine, he graduated from the Dnepropetrovsk Civil Engineering Institute. Together with his friend and fellow billionaire Ihor Kolomoyskyy, they began selling computers in 1990. After a year, they registered their first company called Sentosa which operates up to this day. According to Forbes, Boholyubov is the fifth richest person in the Ukraine and 882nd in the world. He gained his estimated net worth of $1.39 billion when he co-founded Privat Group along with Kolomoyskyy and Oleksiy Martynov. It is a publicly held banking and industrial conglomerate based in the Ukraine. It controls thousands of companies in almost every industry in the Ukraine, European Union, Georgia, Ghana, Russia, Romania, United States and other countries. Among its business interests include steel, oil & gas, chemical and energy. It also controls some prominent Ukrainian media, and maintains close relationships with politicians as well as sponsors professional sports. Over the past year, the company has faltered. Two of its ferroalloy plants have stopped production due to high energy costs. It has plans to undergo its oil producer Ukrnafta for an IPO. Aside from Privat, he manages Consolidated Minerals, through his private company Palmary Enterprises, which paid out a $50 million dividend in April 2011. Henadiy Boholyubov’s Foundation is primarily focused on promoting Jewish education and religion. He started another project with Kolomoyskyy, the Menorah Center in Dnepropetrovsk which is the world’s biggest multifunctional Jewish center that opened in October 2012. The guests included Israeli Chief Rabi Shlomo Amar and U.S. ambassador John Tefft.
