Patent Tax Amount for Small, Medium and Large business

The Patent Tax is yearly payment, and the patent tax is applied on total annual turnover. It is paid by the end of 31 March every year.

Patent amount will be paid based on size or kind of company or organization as follows.

1. For small business, you will patent tax 400,000 KHR.
2. For medium companies, you will patent tax 1,200,000 KHR.
3. For large companies, there are classified two kinds of turnover.

• If your annual business turnover equals or greater than 10,000,000,000 KHR, you will patent tax 3,000,000 KHR.
• But if your annual business turnover is from 10,000,000,000 KHR up, you will patent tax 5,000,000 KHR
