Sales & Marketing Lead – Veterinary Products

Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and driven professional to lead sales and outreach efforts for veterinary products across Phnom Penh. This role is ideal for someone passionate about animal health, market development, and stakeholder engagement in Cambodia’s growing pet care sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell veterinary products to clinics, distributors, and retail partners across Phnom Penh and surrounding provinces
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with veterinary professionals, pet shop owners, and key stakeholders
  • Execute marketing campaigns, product launches, and outreach events tailored to the Cambodian market
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and customer needs
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback summaries for management

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in veterinary, pharmaceutical, or FMCG sectors
  • Fluent in both Khmer and English (spoken and written)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
  • Familiarity with the veterinary or pet care industry is a plus
  • Willingness to travel within Cambodia as needed
