Just last year, the company spent $138 million for the acquisition of the NASDAQ-listed LaCrosse Footwear which specializes in producing premium quality outdoor and work footwear. He plans of expanding LaCrosse’s operation in Europe and Asia as it continues to grow in around 680 stores across Japan, and 120 more stores in Hong Kong, Taiwan and Korea.
